Your container paperwork, checked before it becomes your problem.

Send the documents for one textile container. Cotejado compares every document against the others and each certificate against its issuer's register, and returns a status for every document and every style, with each exception pinned to the page it came from.

In Spain, the importer answers for the label. Not the factory.

22.6%

of textile products inspected in Spain's 2024 national control campaign were non-conforming.

20.9%

of those tested in a lab failed, mostly because the fibre composition did not match the label.

How it works

  1. 1

    Send the folder

Upload it, forward the email your forwarder sent, or drop the folder from your shared drive. Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, H1 declaration, certificates, lab reports and label artwork, as they are.

  2. 2

    Every document is compared

Label against invoice and lab report, each certificate against its issuer's register, quantities against the packing list. Every lookup is stored with the time it was made.

  3. 3

    You get the report

A status for the shipment, every document and every style. Each exception opens the source page with the field highlighted.

What we check

Label

  • Label composition against the invoice and the lab report, style by style.
  • The EU responsible party on the label against the importer on the H1 declaration and the invoice.

Certificates

  • Each certificate against the issuer's own register: holder, scope, product class and dates.
  • Whether the certificate was valid on the bill of lading date.
  • The same certificate number used on two different shipments.

Quantities

  • Certified quantity against the quantity on the packing list.

Plastic tax and EPR

  • The recycled content certificate (UNE-EN 15343) issued by a body recognised by ENAC, with the values ready for code 1135 on the H1 declaration.
  • Weight, units and CN code per article, for the annual textile SCRAP declaration once the royal decree is published.

What you get back

Status per document

Verified, failed or missing. When a document can't be read with confidence, a person checks it instead of a guess.

Status per style

Each claim on the label or hangtag, and the document and page that support it, or "nothing".

Files to pass on

The exceptions and the evidence per style as PDF, the plastic packaging line and per-article rows as CSV, and a link for your customs agent.

Who it's for

Importers

You answer for the label and the declarations. Know what is wrong before the goods reach the shelf.

Brands

From 27 September 2026, every environmental claim needs a document behind it. See which claims each shipment actually supports.

Customs agents and forwarders

A supplier's stamped declaration no longer counts for the plastic tax. Catch the wrong certificate before the container is in port.

Check your next container before it lands.
