Why Cotejado
Cotejar is Spanish for comparing one document against another. That is the job: the paperwork for an imported textile container comes from the exporter, the forwarder, the lab and the certifier, and nobody lays it side by side before the goods reach the shelf.
In Spain the importer answers for the label and the declarations, not the factory. Cotejado makes that comparison for every container and shows the page each problem came from, so anyone can check it.
Who is behind it
Prasanth Janardhanan, founder. 26 years in software, the last several on extracting and verifying data from documents with AI.
He led engineering on a platform that extracted covenant clauses from financial contracts at over 90 percent accuracy and ran 10,000 AI jobs a day (CredCore).
He built the open-source EU AI Act Compliance Navigator, where every answer is pinned to the article it came from.
