Every textile container, checked before clearance and before the audit.
Send one container's folder as it arrives: invoice, packing list, bill of lading, GOTS, GRS, RCS or OCS transaction certificates, lab reports and label artwork. Cotejado compares every document against the others and each certificate against its issuer, and returns a status for every document and every style, with the SOIVRE status per style and each exception pinned to the page it came from.
Nothing to install. No supplier to onboard.
- S2: The label says 95% cotton, 5% elastane. The lab found 91% and 9%.Lab report, p. 2
- S3: Babywear (heading 6111). SOIVRE safety control required; no request on file.Packing list, p. 1
- S4: The GRS transaction certificate names another company as buyer, not the importer on the H1 declaration.Transaction certificate, p. 1
- S5: The transaction certificate covers 6,000 units. The packing list shows 8,000.Packing list, p. 3
- Polybags: The recycled-content certifier is not in ENAC's register.Certificate, p. 1
In Spain, the importer answers for the label. Not the factory.
of textile products inspected in Spain's 2024 national control campaign were non-conforming.
of those tested in a lab failed, mostly because the fibre composition did not match the label.
Three 2026 changes that already affect every container
The SOIVRE safety control before clearance is extended. Whole headings come in, such as T-shirts, underwear and nightwear, swimwear, hosiery, gloves, babywear, bed, table, toilet and kitchen linen (6302) and tufted rugs (5703), and, in most other headings of chapters 61 and 62, children's clothing, workwear and PPE. Every other garment in those headings has to show at each clearance that the control does not apply, with a SOIVRE request or with code 1429 if the importer is an AEO on the authorised list.
Textile Exchange's new certificate policy takes effect, mandatory from 1 April 2027. Trackit becomes the only official source for certificates under all its standards, such as GRS, RCS or OCS. The buyer named on a transaction certificate needs a TE-ID, certified or not, and the certificate link gives access to authorised users, including the buyer, the seller and their certifiers.
Before issuing a GOTS trader's transaction certificate, its certifier will have to confirm that the input transaction certificates are authentic. The certificate is a PDF digitally signed by the certifier and locked against editing.
Cotejado checks all three on every container, style by style.
How it works
- 1
Send the folder
Upload it, forward the email your forwarder sent, or drop the folder from your shared drive. Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, H1 declaration, certificates and GOTS, GRS, RCS or OCS transaction certificates, lab reports and label artwork, as they are.
- 2
Every document is compared
Label against invoice and lab report, each certificate against its issuer's register, quantities against the packing list. The SOIVRE status of each style follows from the heading, age group and use that the label and packing list declare. Every lookup is stored with the time it was made.
- 3
You get the report
A status for the shipment, every document and every style. Each exception opens the source page with the field highlighted.
What we check
Label
- Label composition against the invoice and the lab report, style by style.
- The EU responsible party on the label against the importer on the H1 declaration and the invoice.
Clearance
- Per style, whether the garment is in the SOIVRE safety control or must show that it does not apply, whether code 1429 is available, and whether the request is on file.
Certificates
- Each certificate against the issuer's own register: holder, scope, product class and dates.
- Whether the certificate was valid on the bill of lading date.
- The same certificate number used on two different shipments.
- The buyer on the transaction certificate against the importer on the H1 declaration, and its TE-ID on GRS, RCS and OCS certificates.
Quantities
- Certified quantity against the quantity on the packing list.
Plastic tax and EPR
- The recycled content certificate (UNE-EN 15343) issued by a body recognised by ENAC, with the values ready for code 1135 on the H1 declaration.
- Weight, units and CN code per article, for the annual textile SCRAP declaration once the royal decree is published.
What you get back
Status per document
Verified, failed or missing. When a document can't be read with confidence, a person checks it instead of a guess.
Status per style
Each claim on the label or hangtag, and the document and page that support it, or "nothing".
Files to pass on
The exceptions and the evidence per style as PDF, the plastic packaging line and per-article rows as CSV, and a link for your customs agent.
Each order's TCs, ready for the auditor
Every transaction certificate checked and matched with its invoice and packing list, in one file per order, for your certifier's audit.
Who it's for
Importers
You answer for the label, the declarations and the SOIVRE at each clearance. Know what is wrong before the container is in port.
GOTS certified traders
From January 2027 your certifier will confirm that your input TCs are authentic before it issues yours. Reach the audit with every TC matched to its order.
Brands
The EU directive on environmental claims applies from 27 September 2026, although Spain has not yet transposed it. See which claims each shipment really supports, and under which TE-ID you appear on each certificate.
Customs agents and forwarders
The 'no procede', the 1429 and code 1135 come out of the file, style by style, before the container lands. One link per shipment for your client.
